COVID-19 has added a significant degree of organizational complexity for banks, from shelter-in-place decrees, to the CARES Act, and a near zero rate environment. In addition to grappling with a remote workforce and maintaining branch operations with significant staff challenges, banks also have to figure out how to handle digital origination and build a new process for business loans. While nobody is certain how long this disruptive period will last, there’s no question these extremes will accelerate the consumer shift to digital channels for all banking activity.

Darryl Demos

Executive Vice President, GM of Solutions, Novantas

Darryl is an Executive Vice President and leads the Analytical Solutions business unit at Novantas. In his role Darryl provides strategic and tactical leadership over Novantas software and data initiatives.  He oversees all engineering, product management, sales and client services functions that support more than 50 banks across the globe who utilized Novantas technology and data services.

Andrew Hovet

Director, Distribution and Sales Management, Novantas

Andrew is a Director and leads the Distribution and Sales Management Advisory practice at Novantas. In his role, Andrew supports clients with their distribution network challenges – balancing the traditional focus on physical distribution with the importance of leading digital capabilities in the face of changing customer preferences.
