Mark is a Vice President and Business Systems Liaison for Happy State Bank. He has been at the bank since graduating with a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2003. In the first few years of his career, he was responsible for implementing document imaging systems to move the bank from paper to digital. His current role is working with strategic partners to increase engagement and value in existing and future technology products and services. Having spent a majority of his career in IT, he also has experience in Loan & Deposit Operations and Treasury Management. His passion is educating others about how to use technology and work more efficiently.

Gaby Young

Director of Communications

Gaby is the Director of Communications at Lightico, digitally transforming the connection between businesses and their customers. Gaby's expertise has been built from over a decade in marketing for the financial services industry and SaaS companies.  Gaby has worked with financial institutions globally to enable them step-change their customer-facing processes including onboarding, servicing, collections, and customer experience. Her early marketing career was established by working with several Fortune 500 clients including Orange, Royal Bank of Scotland and Amazon. Gaby is also a proud graduate of Bournemouth University.
