David Kerstein

President, Peak Performance Consulting Group

David has over 20 years’ experience in financial services management.  He held senior retail banking positions at Citibank, Bank One (now JP Morgan Chase) and Old Kent Financial Corporation (now part of Fifth Third Bank).

 He has been active in the BAI and the Consumer Bankers Association. In addition, he created and manages the LinkedIn Retail Banking Network, the largest LinkedIn group specializing in retail banking with 100,000 members. David is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a regular contributor to BAI Banking Strategies, The Financial Brand, and other leading industry publications.

Suvarna Krishnan

Director of Engineering -Predictive Analytics, Reflexis Systems Inc.

Suvarna has extensive knowledge in workforce management software and big data solutions including; resource optimization, operational efficiency, job scheduling, time series forecasting, and predictive analytics powered by machine learning and AI.  She has worked with and contributed to significant cost savings and operational efficiency improvements at a number of Fortune 500 companies over her career.

Suvarna has held key positions within Engineering at Reflexis and has been key to the company’s growth, sales and overall client satisfaction. Her leadership continues to provide Reflexis R&D with cutting edge technology and expertise which is powering business transformation for our clients. She has a Master’s in CIS from BITS-Pilani India, has completed work at the Harvard Extension School for big data analytics, and pursues pet projects in Reinforcement learning and AI Art during her free time.

Ron Wellman

Industry Principal and Marketing Director, Reflexis

Ron is the Banking Industry Principal and Marketing Director for Reflexis, overseeing the company’s efforts to grow the banking vertical. He has more than 24 years of experience in banking and developing bank software solutions. Before joining Reflexis, Ron was a senior director for Pegasystems, and served in multiple executive roles at Citizens Bank, Bank of America and Fleet Bank. 

Ron has an MBA from Bentley University, with concentrations in technology and operations. He also holds dual undergraduate degrees in economics and political science from Bucknell University. He earned an executive certificate in strategy and innovation from MIT, and a graduate certificate in retail bank management from the Consumer Bankers Association, completed at the University of Virginia.
