Christina McGeorge

VP, Solutions Consulting, NCR Digital Banking – D3

Christina McGeorge is the vice president of solutions for D3 Banking Technology, a provider of an advanced digital banking platform. In this role, McGeorge works with clients and prospects to help them leverage the D3 platform to achieve their goals and compete in the increasingly competitive banking landscape. Christina also sits on the governing board at AFINS and chairs the AFINIS API Standardization Governing Committee.   

Prior to joining D3, McGeorge worked for ACI Worldwide and Baldwin Hackett & Meeks Inc., serving in various engineering and design roles. McGeorge first joined D3 as a product manager in 2013 and has worked her up way up since, supporting the company’s growth and success.

McGeorge earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management information systems from the University of Nebraska. She currently resides in Omaha. 

George Throckmorton

Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives & Network Development AFINIS

George Throckmorton is the managing director for Strategic Initiatives and Network Development at Nacha where he leads innovations in mobile payments, distributed ledger technologies, cloud based financial services, API standards development, payments consulting and evolution of the ACH network.  He also serves as Executive Director for Afinis Interoperability Standards and the Business Payments Directory Association.   Prior to joining Nacha, Mr. Throckmorton spent his career in banking operations and product management working for firms such as SunTrust Bank, Fiserv, and ACI Worldwide.

Jay Como

Chief Data Officer, Barclays

Jay Como is the Head of US Consumer Bank Operations and Chief Data Officer for Barclays Bank Delaware.  In this capacity Mr. Como manages a global team of 400 colleagues supporting Operations and Data Management.  Como joined Barclays in June 2018 from JP Morgan Chase where he was the Global Head of Reference Data Operations.  Mr. Como held prior Global Ops Head roles at JP Morgan leading KYC and Global Corporate Actions.  Como has also held leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, E*Trade, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.   

Mr. Como is an Advisory Board member of the School of Economics and Business Administration at St. Mary’s College and also holds an MBA from that Institution.   He is currently Chairman of the board of directors for Afinis an interoperability standards organization and a governing board member of the Washington DC CDO Inner Circle which is a data networking organization.   Mr. Como is a licensed broker maintaining the FINRA series 7 & 63 designations.   
Mr. Como and his family reside in Washington DC.
