Luke Dobrzynski is a lead member of BCG Financial Institutions, Operations and Technology practice areas and a topic lead for Intelligent Operations - a BCG offering designed to help Banks and Financial Institutions to achieve a step change in performance, efficiency, operational resiliency and customer experience.

Luke works with Banks and Financial Institutions in areas of strategy, Intelligent Operations/Automation, Digital and Technology transformations, operating model and end-to-end process re-design, and Customer Journeys.

His primary focus is on Intelligent Operations, tech-enabled, end-to-end transformations of core Banking operations (front / middle / back office) that combine traditional process redesign tools and methodologies with advanced Smart Technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Optical/Intelligent Character Recognition, Natural Language Processing/Understanding/Generation, Data & Analytics tools, etc.). His secondary focus in on process re-imagination and Customer Journeys that help Banks and FIs reach the next frontier of customer experience.

In his personal life, Luke is a dedicated runner, soccer fan, scuba diver and traveler (visited over 80 countries), frequently seeking roads less traveled, while trekking through Africa, Asia, and South and Central America. His most extensive trip was a 4-month overland trip from Kenya to South Africa through Uganda, DRC, Malawi, Mozambique and other African countries. He also lived in Quetzaltenango in Guatemala.
