Shraddha has 16 years of progressive experience in credit cards risk management and marketing strategy with an outstanding track record of creating risk policies and managing portfolio growth at targeted risk and profit levels. Prior to her current role at SunTrust, Shraddha served as a Director of Credit Risk Management-Credit Card Pricing at Discover and held roles at Citi Cards and HSBC. Shraddha holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Jeff is a Principal at Mastercard Data & Services and has significant experience working with financial institutions as well as retailers, grocers, restaurants, consumer goods manufacturers, auto manufacturers, and insurance providers to enhance data-driven decision-making. Jeff has helped companies apply customer and store level Test & Learn analytics to a diverse set of initiatives including network planning, direct marketing, media, merchandising, pricing and promotional optimization, operational enhancements, capital investments, and more. He is also a key contributor to the organization’s software development, and is named on multiple software patents related to customer analytics, outlier detection, and others. Jeff holds a BS and MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
