Sarah Welch is a Director and leader in the Marketing and Digital practice at Novantas. She brings 20 years of marketing and entrepreneurial experience to client engagements. She co-founded Mindset Media, an Ad Technology platform and network that enabled marketers to directly target based on psychographic characteristics. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Marketing for the app developer Noom. She advises on innovation, marketing strategy as well as digital and omni-channel distribution strategy.

Chris Franzi

Manager, Novantas

Chris Franzi is a Manager in the Marketing and Digital practice at Novantas. He brings eight years of Financial Services marketing experience to client engagements. Chris is the Product Manager of Acquisition IQ, Novantas’ industry-leading solution for cross-bank marketing spend and efficiency comparisons. Chris also advises on marketing investment planning engagements, having developed multi-year marketing investment plans for numerous Retail Banks. In addition to Chris’ consultative work, includes work in Advertising Technology, having run multi-million dollars native ad campaigns for financial services companies
